General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator and users of the JM Web Development website in connection with inserting advertisements and using related services.

Users can insert and edit real estate advertisements. The operator is entitled to determine the method of display and ordering of advertisements and check compliance with rules and legal regulations. Obviously offensive content may be removed without compensation.

3. Price and Payments

The price list of published packages and additional services is listed in the Pricing section. Prices may be updated at any time.

4. Personal Data Protection and Cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the "Privacy Policy" document. The use of cookies is described in the "Cookie Policy" document. Links to these documents can be found in the website footer.

5. Changes to the Terms

The operator is entitled to appropriately change these Terms. Users may be informed of changes via the website.
