Delivery and Payment Terms

Effective from 14 February 2025

1. Delivery of Services

Digital services (e.g., advertisement publication) are provided immediately after payment is credited, but no later than within 24 hours, unless agreed otherwise.

2. Delivery of Goods

If physical goods (e.g., promotional materials) are part of the offer, they are sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The carrier and shipping price are listed in the order summary.

3. Payment Methods

Online payments are provided for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments passing through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

Card payment - the fastest way to pay online. In the Comgate payment gateway interface, you enter the card number, expiration date, and CVC code. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard.

Online bank transfers - immediate payment via online banking. The Comgate payment gateway will redirect you to your online banking.

Standard bank transfer – maturity 7 days, variable symbol = order number.
Other methods by individual agreement.

4. Tax Documents

A tax document is issued and delivered electronically to the email address provided in the order. The operator is a non-VAT payer.
